The Navigation Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for generating demand and driving solution value. Candidate must be confident in pursuing sales efforts in new logo growth and leading sales strategy efforts for existing clients. Further, this candidate must possess a demonstrated ability to operate at all organization levels and buying centers.

Responsibilities
Setting and executing the sales strategy for assigned territories. Lead the development of a sales plan, targeting organizations where a Navigation opportunity is likely to exist.
Understanding of the day-to-day issues. Demonstate the ability to then craft a story and value proposition that drives excitement in the market
Providing thoughtful leadership, staying current with new trends and developments within the area of expertise
Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business decisions
Collaborating with sales support resources at the appropriate time in the selling process
Providing input on pricing decisions striving to sell our value at the highest possible profit margin
Staying up-to-date with technology changes, and apply appropriately in sales strategy and execution
Maximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com

Requirements
Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities. Must sell value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the business
Understand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions

Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience
5-8+ years' experience leading complex consultative sales processes with documented results to plan
Demonstrate experience in the areas of Navigation, Health Point Solutions, Digital Health, Consumer Experience, Employee Benefits, Payroll, or Cloud administration
Be willing to travel up to 50% to meet with clients and attend industry events
