Direct fundraising and development activities for assigned territories and/or regions from a Division perspective. Work with the Division Development leadership to develop and execute strategy for funds solicitation. Monitor the execution of goals through metrics. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
1. Partner in the development and execution of strategic planning for funds solicitation at the Division and Region levels. Create and implement fundraising goals, objectives and action plans to support revenue objectives with organizational short- and long-term goals.
2. Oversee the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, data reporting and acknowledgement of specific donor funds and/or gifts in-kind.
3. Develop training curricula, materials and resources for fundraising initiatives that increase organization capacity. Direct donor strategies and donor calls. Lead joint donor calls with other fundraising resources (e.g., RMs, board members).
4. May support and lead small region when leadership is absent.

Scope: Individual contributor and acknowledged expert both within the organization as well as within other organizations. Participate in industry/knowledge reference groups. Master of a specialized discipline and thorough understanding of a number of disciplines. May also require development of new solutions for complex projects. Regularly interface with executive leadership.

100% Remote- Candidates can live anywhere in North Central Division

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$124,000.

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of fundraising/sales leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Must have extensive knowledge of fundraising and/or sales principles and techniques in large organizations.
A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
Management Experience: N/a
Skills & Abilities: Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical, mathematical and communication (interpersonal, oral and written) skills. Good project management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of fundraising database systems (e.g. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce.com). Ability to work on a team.
