Overall Purpose

Interprets complex business issues leveraging data to bring timely insights, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and value for our overall client experience. You role will synthesize complex data from multiple sources to deliver business insights and strategic guidance to Client Engagement, Sales, Service and Product. This role will work in partnership with Client Engagement business leaders to help solve specific business problems using internal and external data and various data manipulation and visualization tools to achieve goals.

Essential Functions
Analyzes large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
Distills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organization.
Develops frameworks, models, tools, and processes to institutionalize findings.
Collaborates with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and services.
Undertakes and completes a variety of complex data analysis initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or integration of information.
Interprets and analyzes data from multiple sources, providing key analytics and reports.
Provides actionable recommendations based on analysis results across various stakeholders and teams.
Oversees and/or independently performs analytics tasks end to end.
Translates business requirements into high-level functional specifications in support of business intelligence initiatives.
Defines, designs, control tests and data flows sales and support workflows in Salesforce.
Supports the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Qualifications
Highly engaged, self-starter with ability to balance achieving results and fostering collaboration.
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Management, or specialized training/certification.
Minimum of 2 or more years of Business Insights analysis, and reporting or similar technical experience.
Ability to define, design, control test and data flow sales and support workflows in Salesforce.
Expert understanding of visual display of quantitative information concepts and best practices
Proven knowledge of multiple business intelligence tools (Examples: SAS/SQL/ R, Visual Basic, Python, SQL SSRS, Tableau, or other data visualization tool).
Strong analytical skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions
Proficient PC skills including advanced competency in PowerPoint
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with ability to tailor to varying audiences and confidence and poise to present at all levels effectively
Ability to translate business & functional requirements into specifications for Salesforce development.
Demonstrated experience in planning and orchestrating data acquisition improvement
Background and drug screen

B2B Client Engagement Preferred Qualifications
Provide expertise and dedicated support to Client Engagement including opportunity sizing and prioritization by using internal and external data
Identify and recommend client target opportunities for EWS to improve engagement
Define and measure the outcomes of engagements by gathering and analyzing necessary data
Produce and automate cadenced reports for management, including input on return on engagement investment and data-informed recommendations
Collaborate with web and UX managers to review self-service website performance and opportunities to improve performance
Proven knowledge of multiple engagement tools (Examples: Salesforce, Service Now, Jira, Google Analytics, email automation software and the like).
