Department: Univ Athletics-Football
Salary/Grade: EXS/5

Target hiring range for this position will be between $60,000-$70,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Job Summary:
The Senior Quality Control Analyst assists the Head Coach with game preparation, management and advanced scouting for the football program.
*Willingness and ability to travel as well as work evenings, weekends and holidays.*

Specific Responsibilities:
Assists the Head Coach and coaching staff with:
Creating and preparing playbooks,
Organizing depth charts,
Preparing practice and game plans,
Creating advance scouting and tendency reports.
Data entry and research;
Charting duties during practice and on gameday
Weekly and post season self scout analysis
Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.
Responsible for adhering to all Department and University continuing education initiatives and required certifications and trainings.
Miscellaneous
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)
Possess ability to communicate effectively one-to-one, in small groups and in public speaking contexts; writes precise, well-organized emails, letters and proposals while using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
Team player
Strong analytical skills
Extensive knowledge of football technology, including Visio.
Ability to work cooperatively with others and effectively interact with diverse populations.
Ability to establish engaging relationships within and across racialized and other marginalized communities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a Division I or professional football team is preferred.
Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
Knowledge of rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big Ten Conference and Northwestern University preferred
