The Ops Associate is responsible for analyzing and processing hospital inpatient data, building and maintaining financial models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions for R1clients. Every day you will serve as a project manager overseeing all aspects of the account life cycle for various reimbursement projects. Using your extensive problem-solving skills and strong critical thinking abilities, you will provide client hospitals with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from a proprietary software, data processing, and analysis. To thrive in this role, you must enjoy working with data and have a healthcare or business background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee data requests, receipt of client data, processing of client data and delivery of results

+ Analyze hospital inpatient data and leverage Medicare databases to build financial models and report templates to identify client recovery trends and key performance indicators

+ Review federal cost reports to develop estimated recovery projections for existing and prospective clients (IME/GME projects)

+ Providing training and support

+ Performing data analytics and processing

+ Creating client deliverables

+ Serving as project manager and maintaining deliverable timeline

+ Documenting project milestones

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ 1+ years of experience in healthcare or business.

+ Experience working with Excel

+ 1+ years working with data

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.00 – $22.64 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
