As a Security Assurance & Compliance Senior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating and understanding the global threat landscape. You'll be our go-to expert, providing valuable input into our security programs and focusing on risk related to compliance with audits, standards, and policies.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in our global team.

  • Process Design Enthusiast: Experience in process design and effective documentation is a plus. If you love creating efficient workflows, you'll fit right in.
  • Framework Guru: Knowledge of COBIT, NIST or other IT frameworks is highly desirable. Your expertise will help us stay compliant and secure.



What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Audit Program:
    • Shape the Future: Contribute to the development and enhancements of the IT General controls framework, playing a key role in defining our security posture.
    • Educate and Lead: Guide control owners on the controls framework, leading them through the process of developing control processes to meet Mars control objectives and mitigate risks.
    • Be the Facilitator: Take the lead in facilitating PwC audits, ensuring evidences are delivered on time and with agreed level of quality.
    • Communicate Impact: Create and communicate reports on audit program compliance to key stakeholder groups, showcasing the value and impact of your work.
  • Compliance and Monitoring:
    • Drive Compliance: Partner with different teams across the organization to drive monitoring and compliance of the IT General Controls, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
    • Assess and Improve: Regularly assess the control policies, procedures, action plans ensuring they comply with the ITGCs best practices. Your insights will directly influence our security strategy.
    • Empower Others: Provide training to Control Owners during on-boarding and periodically, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of security awareness.
    • Innovate: Work with control owners to improve the IT controls processes to achieve effective compliance. Your innovative ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
