The Sr Systems Lead Test Engineer will be the test architect for Motorola Solutions' new Public Safety Suite Ecosystem integration lab. The goal of the lab is to drive integration of Motorola Solutions' entire suite of Public Safety Ecosystem products including PremierOne, Flex, Command Central, Emergency Call Handling, Video, WAVE, ASTRO and third party applications.
The Lead Engineer will design, develop and test strategies involving the integration of multiple applications to determine deployability of features or sets of features. This includes collaboration with product and deployment teams to evaluate release readiness of new features and functionality. Basic Requirements

Bachelors or Master's degree.

6+ years direct hands-on experience designing, deploying or testing complex communications systems.

Employer work permit sponsorship is available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree, particularly in Electrical, Computer, Software, or Systems Engineering.

2-5 years direct hands-on experience designing, deploying or testing infrastructure type systems involving clients, servers and applications.

2 years experience developing Premier One Cad, Flex Cad or ASTRO system test strategies and test cases.

2+ years experience in senior test architect type role.

Deep understanding of Premier One Cad and Flex Cad systems.
