Job Description
Pan-Oceanic Engineering Inc is seeking a Construction Estimator in Chicago, Illinois. The Construction Estimator will estimate the price of a project based on drawings and specifications. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, closely related field or equivalent, and at least 60 months of experience in Construction, or a Master’s degree with 24 months of experience utilizing Estimating Software B2W Software or similar, PROCORE or similar, Bluebeam or similar, proficient understanding of underground (sewer/water) and roadwork or vertical construction with management of multiple scopes to efficiently oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects, and proficient understanding of detailed structural steel plan review & execution.
