CLA is looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager to join our growing Internal IT team.

About the role:
This role helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. Their work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; s/he receives guidance and direction from IT PMO, IT Leadership and Executive Project Sponsors, as needed.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will:
* Project Management: work with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm's deployment of internal projects and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinate and track all issues and risks on a consistent basis. Increased project responsibilities include budget, vendor, and resource management.
* Relationship Management: Lead a diverse project team by promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm. Is responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams and third parties, by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Work with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.

What you will need:
* 5 years of relevant experience required
* 3 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

Technical Competencies:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
