Job Title: Automation Manager

Location: Sartell, MN
Seeking an experienced Automation Manager to help lead our automation department. As the automation manager you would lead, supervisor, coordinate and engage employees in designing, installing, integrating and repairing automation equipment. An ideal candidate will be able to maintain schedules, oversee projects as they relate to the automation department and meet goals that have been set-forth by the leadership team in accordance with the company culture and core values.
General Responsibilities
Lead, manage and hold the automation team accountable
Work closely with the Sales Department to manage customer projects
Utilize company ERP system to generate data analytics to move department forward
Forecast and maintain company budget for the department using forecast of previous growth
Develop and maintain company standards for design, documentation, programming and fabrication
