Expected pay for this position is $24.61/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
This job is located in Peoria, IL.
4 days a week- days and times are flexible.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Coordinator Patient Services will be responsible for coordinating the program development and implementation for the clinics across the ministry. They will serve as a liaison between patients with the healthcare system, ensuring the best coordination of patient services with the goal of best patient care. They will lead the team by setting care, education, and psychosocial goals for quality assurance and best practices. The Coordinator Patient Services will represent the clinic in its interactions with patients and families, and at OSF Healthcare and other medical entities, as well as in the community. They will oversee assessment of established metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of programs within the scope of the OSF Healthcare.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates Degree Other Licenses/Certifications: N/A Experience: 3 years of healthcare experience Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: one year of program coordination experience Other Licenses/Certifications: N/A
