Job Title- Quality Assurance Specialist II
Location- North Chicago, IL- Hybrid
Duration- 06 Months
Job Description:
The focus will be in the Product Complaints area Candidate will be performing assessment of efficacy reports. Seeking candidates with complaint intake or handling experience. The position will be detail oriented, and require review of attachments, labelling and detailed complaint report . Candidates must be able to make decisions independently. Additionally responsibilities may include project support, mailbox monitoring and cross-functional support within PMQA.

Seeking candidates with complaint handling experience or reconciliation experience.

Although 3-5 years of Quality and/or complaint handling experience is preferred, newer college graduates with limited experience that hold a four year degree in Science or a Nursing/medical background will be considered.

Please Note: Although it is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) , expectation is that the candidate is present onsite during training period approx. first 2 months of hire and during meetings/trainings that require in-person attendance)
