Job Summary:
The Associate Vice President for Development reports to the Vice President for Alumni Relations and Development and leads University fundraising efforts for multiple central and/or school-based fundraising teams. Manages a team of senior development officers who are responsible for fundraising efforts that have a cumulative annual fundraising goal of $200+ million in cash and commitments. In addition to leading an overall team of 30+ professionals, the Associate Vice President serves as a strategic advisor to the vice president for Alumni Relations and Development and as an active member of the executive leadership team for Alumni Relations and Development. This position also manages a portfolio of 25-30 major and/or principal gift prospects.
