Job Description
Beacon Hill has partnered with a dynamic housing company to find a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead their talent acquisition operations. This opportunity requires overseeing recruitment for a staff of more than 1,200 site and corporate employees. This is a prime opportunity for a strategic talent acquisition leader with experience in corporate and high-volume recruitment to make a significant impact on the community.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the talent acquisition function
- Develop, communicate, and execute tailored recruiting strategies for multiple markets
- Collaborate with Community Engagement team to identify local workforce opportunities and establish partnerships
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of remote employees, ensure their integration and alignment with company culture and objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Cultivate strong relationships with executive leadership and hiring manage
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability by optimizing processes, systems, and resources across the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and industry partners to augment talent pipelines and ensure access to top talent
- Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a successful track record building and leading high-performing teams
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition within property management, real estate, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of introducing innovative recruiting methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and creating recruitment reports using Excel.
