Position Overview

The Project Manager, eProcurement will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation of eProcurement systems and solutions for the company’s clients. This role requires strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead the planning and implementation of eProcurement projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.

• Oversee the implementation of eProcurement solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and business needs.

• Coordinate with software vendors and third-party providers to integrate eProcurement systems seamlessly.

• Ensure data migration, system configuration, and testing are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients and internal users are proficient with the new eProcurement systems.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any post-implementation issues.

• Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
