What You’ll Be Doing:

The Corporate Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team is a key player in our hiring process. Our Talent Acquisition team focuses on hiring quality candidates and works strategically to identify, assess and acquire new talent to join Evolent.

Collaboration Opportunities:

As a Corporate Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team you’ll have the opportunity to work with various different departments and stakeholders for their hiring needs including; Clinical Operations, Customer Service and Technology. ?

What You Will Be Doing:

+ Managing requisition kick-off process, including collaborating with the hiring manager to establish and document the Interview Game Plan, and ensuring all relevant information is shared with all selection team participants.

+ Transforming job descriptions into targeted job advertisements designed to attract the desired talent. Managing job postings and direct sourcing efforts across different platforms and resources to ensure a viable, well qualified candidates enter the top of the recruitment funnel.

+ Reviewing and short-listing prospects and applicants through effective screening to ensure knowledge, skill, experience and culture alignment is on target.

+ Facilitating the interview process, in alignment with the Interview Game Plan, with a sense of urgency and an abundance of communication to all key stakeholders for regular updates.

+ Manage and guide all stakeholder expectations.

+ Coordinate offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates and managing the administrative business process as designed.

+ Managing data and complying with designed workflow process in the ATS (Workday), ensure adherence to Recruiting Operations processes, and comply with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.

Qualifications – Required and Preferred:

+ Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of recruiting experience OR 5+ years of recruiting experience with no Bachelor’s degree. – required

+ Robust experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday. – required

+ Demonstrated knowledge and successful utilization of modern recruitment practices and concepts including identifying and screening targeted talent, managing dynamic interview/ selection process through to job offer acceptance. – required

+ Experience as a High Volume Recruiter or in a similar role. – required

+ Familiar with modern recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter (and other candidate-based platforms) and a basic understanding of emerging recruitment technologies. – preferred

+ Strong stakeholder management skills that have led to consistently positive recruitment outcomes. – preferred

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $TBD. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
