Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the front office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the General Manager and other leadership.
+ Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
+ Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
+ Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
+ Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
+ Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
+ Receives and distributes office mail.
+ Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
+ Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
+ Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
+ Ability to prioritize work.
+ Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred, but not required.
+ Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
