Job Description
TITLE: Commercial Technology Architect Enterprise Solutions – SAP Procurement (Formerly known as: Commercial (Procurement) Technology Solution Architect – Direct Procurement)

DUTIES: Partnering with key stakeholders across business segments to deliver new commercial technology solutions for Mars Information Services, Inc. Leading several critical digital technologies projects for Mars globally, playing a critical role in the success of these initiatives by driving best practice business change through effective governance, standards, assurance, tools, development, and expertise. Managing the delivery of up to $4 million in annual projects to deliver the Digital Technologies Commercial vision for Mars. Leading teams to document, define, and deliver new digital technology solutions through all phases of the project and secure the delivery of project benefits through an expert management of stakeholders and project scope, cost, time, and quality. Managing critical paths and high-risk activities, identifying potential threats and conflicts, and implementing mitigating actions.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field + 7 years in any job title involving experience in Procure to Pay domain with responsibilities for solution design, product management and systems implementation for SAP ECC, SAP SRM, and Ariba within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. Prior experience must include: Experience in Direct Procurement processes and technology using SAP; experience serving as a functional lead or technical deployment lead for at least 4 global Procure to Pay implementation projects; working with multiple ERPs including SAP Business Suite Roadmap and Enhancement packs strategy, ASAP implementation methodology, S4Hana, and SAP Solution Manager; experience with Ariba Integration with SAP and Non-SAP ERP Systems; experience with Ariba Supply Network (ERP Integration), Open ICS, Supply Network Collaboration, and Supply Chain Collaboration; and experience with Ariba Experience: Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying and Invoicing. Up to 25% international and domestic travel required for business meetings. Telework permitted up to 2 days per week.
SALARY: $228,875 per year
