Title: Industrial Technical Representative and Sales
Location: East Alton, IL
Relocation Available

Salary: $75,000 - $100,500 plus additional annual bonus opportunity
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5-8s

Focus:The Industrial Technical Representative and Sales is responsible for implementing, training, maintaining, and improving 8-gauge industrial tools and mounts.
Industrial Technical Representative and Sales Essential Functions:
Service and repair 8-gauge industrial tools and mounts to factory specifications at customer plants.
Provide technical advice to customers regarding tools and loads appropriate to remove obstructions.
Provide safety and maintenance training to customers to ensure safe use of Winchester 8-gauge tools.
Monitor competitive activities, trends, and marketplace changes.
Maintain frequent contact with existing and potential customers to develop new sales opportunities.
Provide weekly/monthly reports, sales, pricing, and marketing analysis.
Industrial Technical Representative and Sales Position Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree* in Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related technical field.
Minimum of six months of related experience; three years of related experience preferred.
Ability to use and read machinist's measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Strong technical ammunition and troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.
Superior analytical, communication (verbal and written), facilitation, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, problem-solving, project management skills, and technical driven.
Demonstrate ability to work independently, manage high-volume workload, multiple tasks, shift demands, and willingness to collaborate and support team efforts.
Must be able to work in industrial environments, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, use proper PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Significant travel (approximately 50%).
Firearms and Ammunition proficiency preferred.
Location-Specific Requirements:
This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
