Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities:
Schedules meetings and programs for the five annual student engagement campaigns. (Leadership)
Hosts the five meetings engaging campus clubs. (Professionalism)
Networks with campus and community partners to identify guest speakers. (Communication)
Coordinates social media and in-person engagement for students, including screening, trainings, and presentations. (Communication)
Assists Project Director and Project Co-Director to administer Healthy Minds Surveys to students. (Technology)
Receives training with evidence-based cultural competency trainings: Think Cultural Health and Vector Solutions trainings. (Equity and Inclusion)
Partner with diversity-focused student clubs and University Ministry to build ongoing relationships around mental health. (Equity and Inclusion)
Assists the Project Director and Project Co-Director in the collection of data for grant-reporting purposes. (Critical Thinking)
HIPAA training required and will be provided. (Critical Thinking)
Orders and maintains the supplies needed. (Teamwork)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently a student at the University of St. Francis
At least a 2.5 GPA
Leadership experience that connects them with their peers
Previous experience working with events, networking, and social media
Required skills and knowledge:
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to pay close attention to detail
The ability to use discretion and sound judgment
Knowledge of social media platforms
