Job Description
Information Technology Project Manager (Multiple Openings with National Placement out of Cook County, IL). Bachelor’s Degree in either Computers, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Management, Business or related field. Foreign educational equivalent is acceptable. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Candidate will plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Although no experience is required candidate must have coursework or internship in Project Management; as well as either Vendor Management; Data Management or Database Systems and Network Security. Must be able to travel/relocate to unanticipated client sites as needed. 9-5, 40 hrs/wk. $82,243 per year.
