We are seeking a Sales Manager for our customer, County Materials.

Job Duties:
The Sales Manager, Landscape Products will be responsible for developing the structure, implementation, evaluation, and logistics of the company's landscape sales, distribution and promotion program for the company's landscape and decorative concrete masonry products.
In alignment with goals determined by senior management, Sales Manager, Landscape Products will identify, secure, and grow direct sales and distribution sales channels that offer a significant competitive advantage to achieve maximum saturation in target markets.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of sales representatives.
Create state-wide sales budget and guidelines for complying with budget recommendations; review and approve landscape sales expenses.
Plan and implement directives for new sales program initiatives.
Scrutinize quality and cost-effectiveness of sales programs, supply chain, products, and services on a regular basis to lower operational costs while improving the customer service experience.
Observe, compare, and monitor metrics to determine compliance and performance potential of direct and distributor sales channels.
Utilize CRM and SXE to prepare activity reports for senior management for the purpose of providing data, ensuring accuracy of information, and developing recommendations or conveying results.
Responsible for overseeing program delivery, training and professional development of sales team members and participants in direct and distribution sales network.
Collaborate regularly with marketing manager and marketing team to develop and facilitate landscape sales programs and collateral materials necessary for a comprehensive marketing plan, including trade show planning and strategies.
Develop, update, and maintain necessary records and databases for the purpose of maintaining support data for the program.
Facilitate cooperative efforts among distribution channel participants.
Communicate with sales team members regularly and frequently to sustain program, schedules, follow up on inquiries, etc.
Main communication and build relations ships with key accounts.
Perform other such duties and functions as are necessary or incidental for the success of the landscape sales program.

Work Environment:
Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or master's degree preferred in distribution management, business management, business, or related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years professional experience with demonstrated skill progression and proven success in distribution management, distribution sales, business management or customer service management at a leadership level. Marketing experience is also very valuable.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, Word, Excel, Dynamics 365, and other contemporary Windows-based business software applications is required.
Valid US Driver's License.
Experience in strategy development and demonstrated ability to successfully sell a value-added portfolio of products.
Knowledge of customer marketing and targeted direct and distribution sales channel profitability.
View problems, issues and needs from a customer's perspective; incorporating creative problem-solving techniques to identify appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships; lead a diverse group of cross functional teams to get results and inspire direct and distributor sales partners and their sales forces.
Track record of talent development, and effectively coach team members in the company's methods of selling, capabilities, and products.
Strong organizational and time management skills to work independently on a variety of initiatives to meet and exceed company and customer expectations.
Solid understanding of economics to understand and interpret financial data effectively.
Utilize CRM to maintain consistent updated customer activity reports/files with data-mining capabilities.
Excellent communications skills including oral, written, presentation and active listening, including the ability to draft, proof and construct professional documents and correspondence using contemporary business stands.
