We are currently looking for a Training & Business Analystto join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Training & Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering project requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) post-development, and delivering corporate training on technical concepts.

What You'll Do:
Gather and document project requirements from various stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring their resolution before deployment.
Develop and deliver corporate training programs on technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business analysis and corporate training.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' technical skills.
Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes through detailed analysis and feedback.We're Looking for Someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, corporate training, or a similar role.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with SmartSheets is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create detailed documentation and training materials.
Experience with project management and business process modeling tools.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
This is a remote position.
