Job Description

The Program Manager will report into to the Value Enablement Office Leader for ABS (Aon Business Services) with a focus on North America. They will oversee and manage portfolio execution, ensuring the delivery of tangible business value including revenue growth, process optimization, realizable productivity and to ensure that our clients and colleagues achieve the maximum value from ABS capabilities and investments. This role collaborates with Solution Lines, and other global ABS capabilities including operations and product/platform/service teams, to prioritize and oversee value delivery for their remit.

What the day will look like
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs), leading indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of ABS initiatives. This includes defining targets, tracking progress, and regularly reporting on the achieved value and benefits to stakeholders.
Ensure that these standards are uniformly adopted and practiced across the entire organization
Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners
Evaluate the road map for all major customers' long-term visions and help develop service offerings that appropriately match their business needs
Refine and develop methodologies, tools, and programs around implementations, upgrades, and other services on an ongoing basis
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Effectively conduct resource planning for all project work
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders
Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to include public speaking, group presentation
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group to include executives, managers and subject matter experts
Creative problem-solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands
Proficient in use of MS Office, specifically Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Recognized and accredited professional project management training and certification (such as PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent) preferred but not required.
