Lot Coordinator Responsibilities under the Service Department:
Check in new and used trucks when they arrive in Hampshire.
Wash all new trucks that arrive within 48 hours to photograph and notate all damage for

Lot Coordinator Responsibilities under the Sales Department:
Do tags for all new and used trucks that arrive for the stock number process to put into Procede and for keys.
Write up all trucks for service work after receiving a PO from Admin for the work.
Give the write up to the service manager or assistant manager and give the keys and warranty book to the admin to file.
Coordinate all transfer driver movements for Sales, Service and Parts as they request this.
De-identify all trade trucks as they arrive unless Salesman and Sales Manager agree to have detail company pay for doing it.
Send the trucks to the detail or body shop if needed for details and repairs or bodies needed.
Clean the inside and outside of all trucks that arrive within 48 hours of shop completing the repairs/warranty work.
Do truck inventory every Friday before 2 pm and upload into the system.
Take photos of all new and used trucks if they are stock.
Make sure any trucks have been started when a move is requested for them.
Assist transporter companies, other branches, or customers in picking up, moving, or delivering their trucks.
Put fuel in vehicles as either needed or requested by salesmen.
warranty and submit that paperwork and photos to service for submission.
Assist Salesmen with any quick mechanical items needed on units.
Communication the arrival of all trucks to Sales Manager, Office Manager and Salesmen.
Put anti gel in all trucks on our lot that are inventory when temperatures drop below 20 degrees.
Perform weekly spot checks of the key box to assure that there is a key available for every truck
Must have a valid driver's license.
CDL preferred, or willing to obtain one during 1st year of employment.


Lot Coordinator Responsibilities as Back Up for the Facilities Maintenance Position:
Plow/shovel the sidewalk around the building when there is snow and salt the sidewalk once that is completed.
Clean wash bay after each use.
Let Service Manager know when supplies are needed for the wash bay and let Office Manager know when all other supplies are needed to order.
Assist with jump starting all vehicles as needed.
Remove snow from the front line.
Keep trucks on the front line organized and moved as needed.
Monthly safety building inspection.
Replace all lightbulbs and batteries as needed when discovered during inspection.
Clean debris around the dealership outside an along the fence line when work above is completed.
This position will have other duties as requested as well but will not be a permanent addition to the responsibilities without prior notification and an update of the above listed responsibilities.
