Job Description
Title: Contract Marketing Representative
Location:East Alton, IL
Salary: $74,820 - $77,100 plus additional bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Focus:The Contract Marketing Representative coordinates, plans, and prepares proposals and proformas in response to domestic and international customer inquiries and tenders.
Contract Marketing Representative Essential Job Functions:
Negotiate contractual matters relating to price, schedule, terms and conditions, financial documents, etc.
Assist in the development of marketing plans and production plans.
Compile data for input into department strategic and operating plans.
Evaluate competition and gather competitive pricing.
Responsible for establishing order service activities of receiving, processing, entering, acknowledging, licensing, expediting, and invoicing customer orders.
Ensure that all business activity complies with U.S. and Foreign Government laws, regulations, and Olin's procedures and policy.
Contract Marketing Representative Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum two years' customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently preferred.
Some travel required (approximately 5%).
Location-Specific Requirements:
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
