Position: Shipping Receiving Clerk
Location: Huntley, IL (F135 Main Street)
Wage: $19.30 - $22.71 (depending on experience)
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday through Friday)

While reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Shipping Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that the receipt, storage, distribution, or delivery products; loading unloading, and movement of items are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensures the timely and accurate staging and shipment of finished goods as well as proper packaging, wrapping, skidding and loading of trucks.
Checks shipping paperwork against contents, checks, count/weight, product and shipping instructions and address.
Moves pallets, picks and pulls stock for shipping.
Assists other departments as needed.
Organizes warehouse area maintaining efficient use of warehouse space and proper housekeeping.
Responsible for the accurate reporting of inventory for finished goods and raw material transfers into production locations.
Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.
Stages raw material in staging area for production via report.
Ability to use manual and electric forklifts.
Checks shipping paperwork against contents.
Verifies content/weight/product shipping instructions and address.
Self-starting, able and willing to learn and complete various projects.
Has basic math and English skills. Has the ability to complete paperwork.
Has good communication skills. Works as a team member.
Maintains a minimum of 97% attendance record.
Moves pallets, picks and pulls stock for shipping.
Identifies inventory locations throughout the warehouse.
Maintains a good working relationship with all departments.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Locates and stores inventory by locations
Ensures finished goods/raw materials are scanned to the correct locations

High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months warehouse or forklift experience
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing and talking.
Carrying/Lifting up to 50 pounds
Pushing up to 100 pounds
Pulling up to 100 pounds
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Good organization skills
Basic math and computer skills.
