Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will architect and implement talent acquisition strategies for the Commercial functions in the North America zone. You will bring an eye for talent and lead the development and management of a talent pipeline across all Kraft Heinz NA Zone needs. The TABP will perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution for active and future talent. You will deliver qualified and diverse slates and maintain excellent relations with all collaborators - including TA partners, HR partners, functional leaders, and other supporting leaders as appropriate -- while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.
The Talent Acquisition BP will apply advanced recruitment methodologies designed to convert the best talent in a competitive environment. You will steer and influence position structuring by providing critical and current market data and will curate external relationships to advance the Kraft Heinz employer brand across markets and professional communities.Primary Responsibilities
Create comprehensive recruitment strategies rooted in business needs of today and tomorrow
Deliver diverse talent pools and build pipelines for the future; curate a network of key talent in support of organizational planning needs
Propose and lead initiatives to attract a diverse and expansive workforce
Support branding strategies that effectively attract the best talent
Continuously learn our business, our component functions, the connected job responsibilities, and the overall vision and shared goals of the positions and talent we aim to attract
Create and maintain strong working partnership with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to yield success, predictable results and credibility
Architect, lead and coordinate all communication with candidates and hiring managers
Influence by providing informative market data that supports growth-oriented decisions
Draft and maintain the strictest data quality of all talent communication, including position specifications, interview assessments, and post-interview debrief notes; preserve accurate and well-ordered documentation to maintain compliance
Remain informed of trends and innovative techniques; deploy state-of-the art practicesQualifications
3+ years experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a large, sophisticated in-house recruiting team, start-up, or credible recruiting agency;
Expertise in sourcing profiles across various channels
Focused team player who thrives in a fast paced, vibrant environment; handles opposing demands while continuously optimizing output
Results oriented individual with a keen eye for talent and excellent judgment who works independently to make things happen and who desires to lead change through to fruition
Questions status quo in a constructive manner; thrives on change that improves results
Committed to outstanding stakeholder management
Effective business systems thinker with a solid understanding of business process knowledge
A track record of efficient, speedy results; ability to think big and manage time to meet deadlines in a high-volume pace
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
Success commanding attention and respect of senior level leaders, and can build credibility at all levels of an organization
Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately
Extensive experience using modern recruitment tools platforms, including ATS, CRM, and social networking tools; experience with Workday, or an equivalent a plusLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center
