Role: Heroku Partnerships, Senior Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an alliances professional who is experienced in managing consulting and technology software partnerships. You will be responsible for working closely with Salesforce Consulting Partners and Heroku Technology Partners to develop and foster strategic relationships that drive business outcomes for Heroku. You will be the advocate for Heroku partners, creating a feedback loop so we may implement programs and strategies to deliver exponential value through that network. This role will require heavy cross-functional engagement, bringing internal stakeholders across sales, product, professional services, and alliances into conversations with Heroku partners to ensure customer success every step of the way. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and iterate on sales plays to help Heroku sellers close joint pipeline with partners

Facilitate and grow coordination between Heroku SI and technology partners and sales teams in order to create lasting relationships

* Maintain day-to-day relationships with systems integrators and technology partners strategic to Heroku and Salesforce

Develop relationships with emerging partners to ensure Heroku customers have the depth and breadth of solutions and expertise required for their Heroku projects

Enable partners to learn and grow in their Heroku knowledge; offer partners the support they need to thrive in the Heroku partner network

Conduct internal enablement and create resources to ensure sales teams are armed with the latest knowledge about Heroku partners

Establish solid relationships with sales leaders and managers to monitor and grow their partner share of business

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ID friction in processes and propose improvements

Experience managing partner development, including certifications, partner marketing, and enablement

Results-oriented approach

Desired skills and experience:

6+ years of channel experience in the technology or software sector working in an alliances or channel environment

Breadth of experience managing partnerships with consulting partners

Demonstrated history of delivering successful programs that result in measurable business value

Strong influencing skills; ability to align stakeholders

Adept with using Salesforce Sales Cloud
