Job Description
We are hiring a Product Manager for Falls Prevention!!
Ideal candidate will live in the Chicago, IL area. This position will work remotely but will need to travel to our Lincolnshire, IL office as needed.
The Product Manager for Falls Prevention will manage a portfolio of products and lead key strategic initiatives for the Falls Prevention portfolio (Posey Brand), with the goal to deliver business growth and value creation for end-users and customers. This product manager will also work alongside Marketing Communications, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Engineering teams to develop and drive strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to support, collaborate, and execute portfolio initiatives to support the Falls Prevention portfolio and grow market share.
Essential responsibilities:
Marketing Tactics
* Support key Fall Prevention portfolio strategies by leading the execution of marketing initiatives that deliver value to customers
* Help develop product strategy, product positioning and communications for key product lines
* Support key portfolio strategies by leading the execution of marketing initiatives that deliver value to customers
* Collaborate with sales to ensure training on product strategy, positioning, and selling points of key product lines
* Help create and drive execution of marketing/communication programs based on product positioning and targets. This includes web presence, in-service programs, CE programs, training, advertising, sampling, and KOL programs (oversee existing KOL's and develop relationships with new ones to support the business).
* Prioritize and execute portfolio maintenance activities to generate greatest value for internal and external stakeholders
Customer Focus
* Develop deep understanding of the portfolio and customer value
* Assist in the development and execution of VOC plans for the business.
* Assist generating awareness by supporting key marketing and communication programs
* Identify opportunities that deliver value through new product development or marketing activities
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers

* Analyze sales data and trends to create actionable insights
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and effectiveness of projects
* Drive Product Development Process and Product Improvement Process
* Develop and manage pricing strategy

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
* Minimum of 1-3 years of product and/or marketing management related experience
* Medical device experience/understanding a plus
* Strong understanding of brand management and product marketing
* Strong financial skills plus business acumen

* Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills

* Travel approximately 30% of the time
* Ability to achieve credentialing through Vendormate and other Vendor Credentialing agencies, including being vaccinated against COVID-19.
