Duties and Responsibilities:
Production:
Expertise in Static GIS Concepts:
Demographics reports
Data analytics and management
Static mapping visualizations
Data mining and manipulation
Advanced Knowledge of Interactive GIS Concepts:
3D environment creation and manipulation
WebApp creation and maintenance
Data and visualization dashboarding
Business analytics and dashboarding
Mastery of Core ESRI ArcGIS Toolkit Applications:
ArcMap
ArcPro & extensions
ArcGIS Online & extensions
ArcGIS Enterprise & extensions
Business Analyst (Desktop and Online)
Advanced Knowledge of Additional GIS Applications:
ArcGIS Platform
ArcGIS Arcade

Self-Management and Task Completion:
Manage and complete tasks independently
Engage with key fee earners in designated areas
Learn and evaluate new production applications or processes
Technology:
Scripting and Coding Proficiency:

Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Usage:
Familiarity with at least one IDE
Solutioning/Process:
Mastery of Team Processes and Skills:
Request intake process
Licensing and applications
Administration of core proprietary systems (AGOL, Enterprise, JIRA)
Administration of advanced proprietary systems (Azure, various MS systems)
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Identify team process gaps and propose solutions to executive leadership
Develop business cases for day-to-day operations and deliverables
Evaluate new products and processes for team growth
Leadership:
Workload and Client Management:
Manage own workload and deliveries
Maintain client relationships with fee earners and brokers
Project Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead projects with junior team members
Mentor junior team members on processes and technology
Assign work to junior team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or a related field
5-7 years of GIS-related experience
Proven expertise in ESRI ArcGIS suite and other GIS applications
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
