Position Overview:

The Director, Field Marketing & Programs will develop, manage, and evolve strategic marketing programs for the Zones team. The primary objective of the role is to drive growth and account expansion through successful campaign execution and understanding of key industry trends, strategic market opportunities and sales priorities. You will be an integral part of the Marketing and Sales teams, planning and executing marketing efforts in the field, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's solutions. You will also be working closely with our sales leadership to develop strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share. This role will be a player manager as we scale the department.

What you'll do as the Director, Field Marketing & Programs:

Strategy Development:
Develop a detailed marketing plan that supports regional strategy and addresses challenges. Tactics may include events, digital media, traditional media, PR, community outreach, social and creative.
Identify new initiatives to connect with all customers and partners.
Nurture existing leads throughout the customer journey that includes digital content, events, and other appropriate marketing methods.
Actively make recommendations for continuous improvement, present findings to key stakeholders and leaders.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with sales, partnering with them to develop strategic initiatives for account growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate and manage relationships, marketing, product management, etc. to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
Budget Management:
Create and manage marketing program budget efficiently, allocating resources for maximum impact.
Evaluate all campaigns' impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investments.
Management:
Effectively manage a team of field and program marketers, guiding, coaching, communicating priorities and performance.
Program Development & Management:
Develop programs for partners and customers based on overall marketing strategy.
Manage programs to ensure
Coordinate and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation regionally.
Provide stakeholder mapping via account intelligence and execute engaging experiences to build and progress relationships.
Reporting & KPIs:
Define, track and report on metrics, utilizing this to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Forecast, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI as well as sharing of key learnings and outcomes.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree required
