The Sr. Manager, Field Marketing & Programs will develop, manage, and evolve strategic field marketing programs for the Zones team. The primary objective of the role is to drive growth and account expansion through successful field marketing initiatives. You will be an integral part of the Marketing and Sales teams, planning and executing marketing efforts in the field, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's solutions. You will also be working closely with our sales leadership to develop strategies that will help us maximize profits and market share.

What you'll do as the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing & Programs:

Strategy:
Build and implement the field marketing plan aligned with GTM and business objectives.
Create, manage and update the field marketing budget for the region's marketing plan.
Collaborate with the campaigns team to incorporate campaigns into field events and maximize impact across all touchpoints.
Events & Programs:
Plan and execute marketing events and initiatives that build Zones brand and create a healthy pipeline of sales.
Manage all aspects of regional event coordination including strategy, budget, objectives, messaging, contract negotiations, site selection, agenda planning, logistics, merchandise, staffing, on-site execution and post-event lead handling.
Coordinate program planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders, ensuring effective and efficient two-way communication between the marketing and sales teams.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
Partner across the marketing organization to support program needs, messaging, content, creative, promotion and optimization to ensure effectiveness of events and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Sales to understand business objectives and develop aligned plans to support GTM needs.
Reporting & KPIs:
Define, track and report on metrics, utilizing this to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Forecast, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) as well as sharing of key learnings and outcomes.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of proven experience in field marketing and/or events experience in B2B technology companies, IT/AV distribution or reseller preferred.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in leveraging data and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data insights effectively.
Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization.
Proven ability to successfully execute a variety of marketing programs including program development, field events, social media, executive engagements, awareness campaigns.
Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills.
