What We Do

What You'll Do:
Provide guidance to assigned client groups through developing partnerships to support business objectives.
Consult with managers on a wide variety of topics including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
Build relationships with internal HR teams and business stakeholders to work cross functionally and partner with teams on the rollout of new initiatives and delivery of HR services.
Implement HR best practices to include performance management, compensation planning, workforce/succession planning, and talent management.
Oversee all employee relations issue resolution including conducting investigation and maintaining accurate and complete documentation of employee counseling/investigations.
Execute large scale projects and initiatives, M&A activities, and mentoring HRBPs.
Draft communications and create effective presentations for a wide variety of stakeholders.
Participate in the creation and execution of work plans and adjust as needed to meet changing business needs.

What You'll Bring:
The ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent time management skills to navigate change and excel in a fast-paced environment.
A variety of outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to interact and engage with all levels of management.
The skill to work collaboratively to proactively share information; facilitate discussions and the resolution of different viewpoints, promote teamwork, and strive for best possible outcome.
The capability to provide advice and counsel by listening and absorbing input from others, responding based on the input, provide full expression and support of ideas, opinions and concerns and uncovering and considering all facts, issues, and behaviors involved in a situation.
A demonstrated track record of utilizing their rich expertise in HR to influence change and provide value to senior leaders through their consultative skills.

Typical Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

Typical Range of Experience
7-10+ years progressive HRBP experience providing advice, counsel and coaching to senior leaders with the ability to influence and champion effective leadership and change, developing strong business partnerships to support achievement of business objectives within assigned business groups.
Additional functional expertise gained through experience in a Center of Excellence role (i.e., L&D, Talent Acquisition, Compensation) is desired.

License or Certification
PHR or other professional designation preferred.

Pay Range: $86,675 -$144,450 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
