Your Job
Molex is looking for a Project Portfolio Management Operations Resource Analyst (PPM Operations Resource Analyst) to oversee the administration and support of the Molex Digital Resource Groups, involving Resource Managers and Resources (Molex full-time employees and dedicated contractors). In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Molex Digital's resource management, and aligning resources to work on what matters most to deliver the greatest value.

Our Team
The PPM Operations Team is responsible for supporting the maturation of Molex's ServiceNow SPM capabilities while driving continual implementation and adoption strategies for ServiceNow within the Digital Organization using standardized best practices.

What You Will Do
Subject Matter Expert: You will be the Resource Management SME for Molex Digital, including interaction with KOCH/KGS counterparts as needed to facilitate cross organizational resource planning/management. You will act as the primary point of contact for Resource Group managers, enhancing communication and coordination across Resource Groups as needed.
Day-to-Day Resource Group Administrative Management: You will manage the day-to-day updates to the Resource Group Resources and their related roles as well as any changes/updates to Resource Group Managers.
Conduct Regular Touch Points: You will have regular touch points with the Resource Group Managers to facilitate the adoption/use of operational resource plans and provide ongoing support for review and maintenance.
Provide Visibility Across Resource Groups: You will ensure visibility across all Molex Resource Groups, promoting transparency and accountability.
Training: You will provide onboarding/ongoing training and support for Resource Group Managers to support related RR&Es.
Audits and Updates: You will provide proactive audits and updates as needed to maintain current and accurate Resource Group information.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
The ability to work proactively with good planning and organization abilities.
Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills, and the ability to cope with change and adapt quickly.
Proven experience with creating and conducting training sessions.

What Will Put You Ahead
Working knowledge of Resource Management practices and principles.
Experience with audits and data analysis.
Familiarity and experience with ServiceNow SPM.
