What youll do:

 

The Policy and Procedure Writer will create and maintain policies and procedures for all departments which impact various functions in accordance with standards, guidelines, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with management and SMEs to develop and maintain a comprehensive policy and procedure manual for functions performed across various business lines

  • Continually and proactively research and gather information to improve current policies and procedures and leverage best practices to transform what we do and how we do it

  • Interface with corporate operational teams to support branch operations as needed

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships across all disciplines to drive collaborative approach

 

Qualifications:

  • PPA Technical Writer certification required

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution

  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Technical Writing or Communications preferred

  • Knowledge of banking regulatory policies

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate the activities of multiple groups across multiple departments; understands the importance of complying with all department, bank, and regulatory policies

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
