JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and executing recalls within regulatory timelines and requirements. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead execution of recall activities to ensure regulatory deadlines are met and recalls are closed as effective. - Collaborate with cross functional team members including, but not limited to, Quality, Product Management, Vendor Management, and Sourcing on the recall strategy. - Develop and send recall notifications to customers. - Prepare and submit required submissions to Health Authorities (e.g. FDA). - Identify opportunities for recall process improvements and collaborate on solutions. - Maintain and track recall metrics and KPIs. - Assist and communicate recalls as necessary to international Medline locations. - Assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits. Education - High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Experience - 2 years of experience in regulatory or quality function. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities - Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). - Must possess excellent organizational. - Eagerness to assist internal and external customers.
