ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors, and integrated circuit substrates.

The Extrusion Press & Rolling Machine operator is responsible for utilizing production equipment in accordance with the specific work instructions and procedures for the Victory system process. They are also responsible for their respective equipment and tools and will have complete ownership of the quality of their products.

• Handle all aspects of the extrusion and rolling machine process including:
  • Ensure all temperatures are set properly before press start up.
  • Ensure proper press die set-up.
  • Follow work instructions and procedures for press operation.
  • Monitor the quality of produced material.
  • Identify finished product and rework material.
  • Partner with Sizing operator regarding the quantity of inventory being transferred for each work order.
  • Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to keep Victory system running safely and operational.
• Support and follow production targets for in-process and final goods.
• Participate in weekly stand-up meetings within the Wire department.
• Consult with team lead on production schedule.
• Act as a technical resource during root cause analysis.
