ABOUT THE JOB:
The senior banker will source, pitch and execute transactions in Financial Services industry. Individuals are highly skilled at managing clients, identifying opportunities and executing corporate finance and advisory transactions.. They are widely recognized for deal origination and execution capabilities across a wide variety of transaction types including debt and equity capital markets, sell-sides, buy-sides, going privates, corporate divestitures, and Fairness Opinions. In addition, they have extensive transaction experience with public and private companies as well as private equity-owned businesses. They have proven client relationship skills and are capable of independent business development activity in partnership with Industry partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for revenue generation through the origination, execution and closing of capital markets and M&A transactions.
Establish Trusted Advisor relationship with important corporate and private equity clients to drive increased wallet share and a consistent revenue stream
Build new relationships through thoughtful and targeted business development activities. Identify prospects and pull in the appropriate team and resources to drive new client growth
Provide technical and developmental support to junior and mid-level bankers on deal team
Work with team members to promote other lines of business with referrals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 8+ years investment banking experience, with proven client relationships and execution capabilities
Strong preference for experience rooted in Financial Services and Insurance Investment Banking
Series 7/79, 63 licenses
Possess broad M&A product knowledge and technical expertise
Exceptional at developing and maintaining important client relationships and generating capital markets and M&A revenue from these relationships

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $250,000 - $300,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includeseligibility forshort-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
