Your Role At Baxter:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Integration Sr Integration Consultant to perform technical solution architecture to ensure our organization's large-scale ERP implementation program is implemented successfully. The program is called Day 2 Program. This effort is highly strategic as it will enable the new KCO organization to stand on its own technology platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical integration of data for the core ERP capabilities such as procure to pay, record to report through integrated supply chain functions such as production operations, procurement and distribution. This position will ensure the technical designs meet the business end to end functional process objectives. The Technical Integration Sr Integration Consultant will work closely with all levels of the program leadership, across business functions, core IT teams, and external partners to drive the project forward and ensure that technical solution meets functional, technical and quality objectives.
This position will be key contributor to the technical integration forum to bring all the process workstreams together to identify, design and resolve cross-program technical capabilities. Program technical solutions will have significant impact on KCO business results as the Day 2 program has material size in program capital budget compared to overall capital plan of the business. The magnitude of program for this role is to program manage budget of $250-350M over 2-3 years.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement technical integration solutions to connect various systems and data sources into the new ERP system
Lead and manage a small team of technical leads that ensure project is delivered on time and to the desired technical quality
Collaborate with the project team, including IT Delivery Leads, business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance testers to ensure the integration solutions meet the requirements of the project
Conduct data mapping and migration between systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Day 2 solutions
Work with the project team to ensure the solutions are tested and validated before the go-live date
Provide technical support during the go-live phase and post-implementation
Support the ERP implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
