Job Description
Provide legal support to General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of soccer organization in in various matters, including transactional and litigation issues. Maintain organized system for tracking the status of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Serve as the primary point of contact with U.S. Soccer and FIFA. Document review, template development, contract process management. Legal drafting including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Consent Letters, Consulting Agreements, Employment Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements. Intellectual Property management. Oversee compliance audits. Candidates must have 24 months of experience as a Paralegal for a national soccer governing authority.
