Job Description

The Procurement PMO Manager Global Chemicals provides support to the Procurement Sourcing
initiatives, mainly related to innovation, cost improvement and business continuity. Focusing on
continuous process improvement, cost and operational efficiencies and supporting categories to optimize
TDC sourcing process. Typically reporting to Global Procurement PMO Lead.

What you will do:

Drive the collaboration between Procurement, Supply-Chain, RDE across the regions.

Ensure progress of global cost-saving and supply assurance projects.

Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules.

Initiate and lead cross-functional ideation activities to feed the global project pipeline.

Identify opportunities and strategies for loss elimination.

Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, cost, improved accuracy or enhance controls.

Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds.

Effectively communicates results, and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required.

Develop a level of expertise in product portfolio and applications.

Tactical negotiation skills. Gain broader project management, process management and people management knowledge. *

Develop process understanding/execution on TDC sourcing processes.

Exposure to management both within and across departments.

Team management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field

7 years of experience, including Procurement Sourcing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven Procurement Sourcing experience

Project management skills

Process continuous improvement skills

Strong communication skills

Leadership experience
