Corporate Human Resources Manager (On-Site)

Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the human resources function from the corporate office for all divisions. Ensures proper benefits management, thorough on-boarding, compliance management and audit processes. Prepares reports as needed.

Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Collaborate with division and department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive for attracting and retaining top talent.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations and that all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain HR systems and processes
Respond to management's requests and provide support and guidance to off-site HR team members
Support and oversee the staffing process, including:  recruiting, interview, hiring and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Maintain electronic employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smoot transition for new hire and departing employees
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and paid time off.
Work with broker and carriers to handle open enrollment, hires and terminations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including: compensation, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Support the development and delivery of training materials HR policies, procedures and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/ or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including benefits management, compliance, audits and onboarding.
Comprehensive data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze and present HR metrics
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and be extremely flexible to meet customer demands, in addition to being able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in the following technologies: Paylocity (HCM), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
