Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Lake Forest, IL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Provide an exceptional HR service experience to current and past client team members.
Demonstrate troubleshooting to resolve team member problems and promote self-service when applicable.
Respond to inquiries quickly and translate inquiries into our case management application during the interaction.
Provide quality service in Human Resources and Payroll by providing information on policies and resolving inquiries for all team members through multi-channel support.
Maintains good relationships by handling team member questions and concerns with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Performs data entry
Collaborate across teams and departments to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results.
Demonstrated continuous improvement methodologies to identify a need for change and improvements in current processes
Participate in metric/quality review and open coaching discussions
Here's what you'll get:
Pay rate: $25.00/hour.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Length: Temp (7 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or HR position
Minimum of 1 year experience in resolving situations while following documented processes
Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft 365

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors
ServiceNow
Prior HR education or fast-paced service center work experience
Demonstrates problem-solving solid skills to troubleshoot problems.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
