Title: Bleach Plant Manager
Location: Lemont, IL
Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: On-Site
Relocation Available
Focus:The Bleach Plant Manager is responsible for the direction and coordination of all manufacturing activities for the plant including production, materials, quality control, environmental, health and safety and engineering to produce products in the most cost-effective way while meeting shipping requirements and sales commitments. The Bleach Plant Manager develops and executes a plant vision and strategy to provide short and long term goals for the site.
Bleach Plant Manager Essential Job Functions:
Ensures compliance of all plant operations with company policy and federal, state and local regulations

Encourages and promotes continuous improvement operations
Represents the company on various committees within the local communities and organizations; participates in plant and Division audits, interfaces with internal and external auditors and regulatory and government agency personnel
Manages and motivates direct reports; reviews, assesses and provides direct and immediate performance feedback as needed; develops and builds employee skills, professional development and enables employees to optimize their contribution to the department
Leads the site emergency response team, including being a subject matter expert on all aspects of emergency response and incident command

 Bleach Plant Manager Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree*; Engineering or other Technical degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, operations or engineering experience
Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local environmental and work place standards as they apply to operating areas, including OSHA, EPA and FRA/DOT
Previous experience/broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
Must be available for on-call as needed
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
