What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of associates assigned to program.
2. Develops and monitors standard work processes and makes suggestions for modifications to increase and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy for improving costs; implements changes as directed or needed.
3. Supports compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
4. Facilitates in house training as needed for dedicated programs
5. Responsible for managing large-scale programs with high level of complexity.
6. Assists in creating and/or reviewing program proposals or plans to help determine timeframes and processes for completing the program.
7. Defines and understands the technical scope and objectives of the program.
8. Adheres to and assists in the development of standards and procedures for program reporting and documentation.
9. Works closely with business stakeholders to ensure technologies developed support or solve the business need; works closely with technologists to ensure that business priorities, goals and objectives are clear.
10. Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.
11. Collaborate and partner with the Project Management Office when appropriate to ensure alignment.
12. Clearly communicates program timelines, financials, and client deliverables
13. Drafts and types correspondence and/or presentations to be sent to internal and external contacts.
14. Interacts frequently and collaborates with inter-departmental associates and management such as coordination of events, report generation, and content management.
15. Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
16. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, program management, Lean/6 Sigma, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three plus years related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Detailed knowledge of technical customer service and system configurations.
2. Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously with solid time management skills
3. Ability to document business requirements
4. Ability to work with a broad customer base in order to understand their needs
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
6. Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
7. Strong decision-making skills
8. Strong customer service skills
9. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
10. Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
11. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
12. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
