About the HR Team: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking department committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our remote team. This role is integral to our HR function, providing strategic and operational support to our business units.

Job Summary: The HR Business Partner will work remotely to support the organization's human resources needs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using Ceridian Dayforce and possess the discipline required to thrive in a remote work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR activities and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Preferred time zones are Eastern and Central. This is a full-time salaried position- salary range $80,000-$90,000/year.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Utilize Ceridian Dayforce to manage HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the remote HR team and across the organization.
Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
Strong proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system is highly desirable.
Proven experience working in a remote setting with the ability to stay organized and self-motivated.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
