The Factoring Portfolio Manager, Team Lead oversees a team of individuals responsible for the Wintrust Receivables Finance (WRF) portfolio. In this role, the Team Lead manages credit requirements for both the client and account debtors.

 

What Youll Do

  • Build and develop a s strong team through training and workflow supervision

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Work closely with Factoring Portfolio Managers and the WRF Credit Officer to ensure timely credit approvals

  • Ensure all WRF and Wintrust Bank polies and procedures are followed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting

  • Minimum 10 years financial services experience in factoring or asset based lending

  • Strong understanding of general credit and risk principles, mitigates, and banking policies and procedures

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical, organization, and time management abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills used within a team environment and in client interaction
