Job Description:

The GSC Digitalization Team and Global Technology, in alignment with our business team, jointly design & develop the required digital capabilities. The GSC Digital Enablement Team then leads the deployment, change management and operations work needed to embed a digital culture in our teams. This establishes a “digital-first” way of working through reliable data, more efficient processed, and easy to use technology.

Job Description:

In this role you will be managing the deployment of digital capabilities across McDonald´s markets and functions as well as our supplier community. You will be leading the Change Management work needed to drive adoption which will embed a digital culture in our Global Supply Chain teams.

You will also be managing relationships with key stakeholders in our markets (i.e. Market Champions) and be working with suppliers to drive digital engagement & adoption and to effectively plan & deploy digital solutions.

The role requires your interaction and partnership with a diverse group of global partners, including market teams, Global Supply Chain functions, the GSC Central Support Team, Global Technology, Suppliers, Distributors.

The role and responsibilities will be dynamic, as we expand into new areas and develop new initiatives to support the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

a) Deployment

+ Establish deployment roadmaps with key partners (i.e. markets, functions) and lead respective program governance

+ Manage the Deployment of global digital programs

+ Work with and lead respective business partners and suppliers (i.e. Global Technology, Distributors, etc.) to establish a scalable 3rd party enabled deployment approach of our digital capabilities

b) Change Management

+ Support markets & partners in engaging with users (i.e. Digital Days)

c) Support the teams

+ Support with projects and ad hoc requests

+ Be an escalation point

+ Provide feedback to foster continuous improvement of our digital capabilities and business processes

+ Supporting our market charges process

Key outcomes of the role:

+ The envisioned key outcome is increased adoption of our digital capabilities

+ Established roadmaps and governance

+ Successfully deploys digital capabilities

+ Market users are engaged through Digital Days, etc. and are looking forward to become digitally enabled

+ Stakeholder groups are supported and trained on processes & tools

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of work experience, experience working in or with global teams

+ Experience in having digitalized business processes to create business value

+ Change management and/or project management experience

+ Clear teammate and keen to engage with global teams

+ Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex things in a simple way

+ Influencing skills

+ Ability to manage teams, including prioritization of tasks

+ Technology savvy, and able to tie together user & technical perspectives

+ Results & accountability focused

+ Ability to prioritize & balance demands vs resources

+ Flexible approach to working hours, as this role involves liaising with team members across different global time zones.

+ Ability to travel internationally
