This role will be performing risk assessments of our clients applications against the parent companies security standards to identify gaps and provide recommendations for remediation; working with both companies personnel. This individual will need to be communicate and present to multiple levels within the organization. The organization will be supporting a data center migration from one company to another companies data center and this role will need to evaluate security programs on if they are platinum, gold or silver controls. They will then need to check the application to see if the controls are there and request to push forward or do applications needs them. The role will help move 1 environment from cloud (Azure Some AWS) to on prem Kubernetes environment. Additional expectations in this role are the ability to understand the environment vs the parent companies minimal requirements by talking to the business partners and technology partners be able to understand and translate on both ends so communication is clear for both parties understanding. Some examples can be that they go to the CISO and say here is the application and the controls I evaluated, we should move it forward or there are risk/ issues I have noticed that need to be address prior to sending over. This role will have minimal management, so need someone who is a self-starter and able to lead with little to no guidance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Data center migration of applications and company mergers
2) Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems used for access management processes
3) Proactive mentality and strong analysis skills – ability to recognize obstacles/details quickly and using appropriate resources to solve problems.
4) Relationship building skills – properly managing communication with various stakeholders (teammates, app teams, managers, etc) to build long term relationships that facilitate efficient work processes
5) Support a cyber security environment (back end)
6) Citrix experience to access into the two companies
7) Experience working in Azure cloud environments (some AWS) and Kubernetes environments, along with platform as a service

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of security experience in the insurance industry
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Background in risk management, compliance and security controls, and NIST cybersecurity framework
-Must be able to collaborated and work with cross functional teams including business and technology teams
- Experience working with Archer system records a big plus.
- Experience with working tickets via an ITSM system, such as Ivanti Service Manager (HEAT), ServiceNow, Remedy (Archer system of record +)
-Cloud environments (Azure)
-Experience working with Kubernetes environments
-Previous experience with data center migrations
-Previous experience with company mergers into the same applications and systems
Understanding of Access Control models (platinum, silver, and gold, including Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices. – Security certs: CISSP, CISM
